Haze in a Maze is a hazy IPA brewed with 5 different hops. Overall we have added 20g of hops per liter to this batch to obtain hop-forward character that brings out the fruits, citrus and juicy feeling.

16/VII/20 - 12Fl. Oz. can from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte), shared @ home, BB: VI/2021, canned: 10/VI/20 (2020-638)

Very cloudy beige beer, big creamy bit irregular off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very dank, fruity, tropical fruits, citrus notes, piny, bit chemical, some nail polish. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty chemical, very unpleasant, hint of tropical fruits, pretty bitter, citrus, nail polish. Aftertaste: very bad, hot chemical mess, paint stripper, nail polish, bah, overpriced new money crap! I love NEIPA’s, but this makes no sense! Either I had a (very!) bad batch, or UT-users just have no taste buds. :p

Can at Lauvas Alus, Riga A nice hoppy aroma on this one. Pours a cloudy pale straw with a strong white head reminiscent of an ice cream sundae ! Good lacing as well. Mouth has a mixing of citrus lemons and wheat and cloves. The finish is wheaty as well. Very nice.
