Beer with a tangy and fruity taste. A slight astringency accentuates its subtlety and its end note.
Long conservation beer, with an evolving taste.

The artwork is provided by the class' children that Jean Van Roy's wife teaches. It changes yearly.

Pours light hazy golden and a white head with hardly any retention. Aroma's: bretty, sour, woody. Retronasal it's sour, fruity. Flavour is sour. Maybe a hint of rhubarb and sweetness. Light bodied.

Lots of rhubarb and no poop notes like in fresh bottles from the first batch. Really nice.

Bardzo dziwny, mocno rabarbarowy, umiarkowanie dziki, spora kwasnosc, nie do konca wytrawny. Ale w sumie nie az tak zajebisty jak gadaja, w sensie nie to, ze jakis lepsiejszy rocznik

Strong carbonation, very bright, tannins and dryness from the raspberry
