Sample from a 100cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a small white lacing. Aroma of pale malt, mild tartness. Taste of mild sourish pale malt, herbs, grains and vegetables.

Süffiger, fein säuerlicher Getreidebeginn. Süffig, milde Herbe, spritzig. Erfrischend, die Säure steigt an, etwas monoton. Okay. 9/8/8/8/7/8

Fläschla (0.01 hl): Pale golden, hazy, visible, but lazy carbonation, medium-sized, quite stable and almost creamy white head; mild sweetish-sourish fruity nose with traces of unknown esters and malic acid; mild to moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, "slim" MF with a delicate tartness; lingering sourish-fruity finish. Maybe a refreshing one, but not a convincing one...
