Tasting at Phill's, bottle
Murky dark red colour. Aggressive acidity, but still drinkable, some fruit, dry mouthfeel, no complexity.

375ml on Phill's deck. Appearance: murky red with a rose head. Aroma: sweet and sour cherries, nice. Taste: quite acidic, some acetone, lots of berries. Overall: interesting.

375mL bottle, pours an opaque dark murky reddish brown with a small beige head. Nose is full of pithy stone fruits, a little perfume, and a bit of fermented out honey. Flavour is bracingly sour, with truckloads of sour berries, plenty of pith, and a bit of wild yeast. The fruit is nice, but the acidity and sourness is too much. Not very complex. Decent American sour.

Deep red purple with a decent white head. Bit of perfume and honey and lots of fresh red berries. Sour and lots of nice red berry. Quite nice.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a dark purple with small pinkish white head that lasts. The aroma is strong berry, earth, oak. Slick body, jammy, boysenberry, earth, nice sourness, enjoyed this.
