Bottle. Pours clear tea/amber with airy off-white head. Dusty aroma of basement scents, with notes of hops, malt, and dried fruit. Bitter aroma of hops with earthy notes and touches of malt and subtle hints of fruit. Bittersweet aftertaste. Tastes more like an Altbier than like a Kellerbier. Acceptable but not very inspiring.

500 ml swingtop bottle. Aroma is grassy, malty. Pours completely clear copper with a large beige head with excellent retention; leaves some lace. Taste is moderately sweet, grassy, faintly dry in the finish; no bitterness. Mouthfeel is creamy, thin-bodied. Boring. Only my second beer ever in this style (or is it third? What happened to you Sam Adams Alpine Spring??). My previous experience(s) were better.

50 cl swing top bottle. Zwickel? Looks more like a Vienna. Dark copper color, clear, fine off-white head. Some fruity notes on the nose. Aroma has mild bready malts, slightly roasted, a hit of caramel and cookies, faint red fruity esters. Taste has a nice balance within a cakey sweetness and woody bitterness. Grassy hops in the finish, with dark bread and ribes, slightly sour and dry. Medium bodied, a bit tart and dusty. Low carbonation. Doesn’t lack of features, it’s incredibly complex for its category, not bad at all, i believe this fits best in autumn.

50cl bottle from Munich Airport. Pours clear brown with an off-white head. Mild malty aroma with notes of dark fruits, caramel, bread and hints of hops and metal. Medium sweet with bready, malty and fruity flavours and a light bitterness in the finish. Fairly light bodied and it goes down pretty easy. Not the greatest experience in flavours, but quite okay.
