33cl bottle. Pours golden with a thin head and slight carbonation. The nose has butterscotch and pale malt - not much sign of hops. The taste has more of the same and still no hops and instead there’s a cardboard note. The palate is light to medium bodied with no middle and a disappointing head. Overall, as Blackadder said of Baldrick’s poem, ’’it didn’t start too well, it had a dodgey bit in the middle and it tailed off at the end’’.

Pour is a bright gold with a small fizzy head. Aroma is of sweet malts and much of the flavor is that as well. Im reading a book about German immigrants and how they brought the brewing process for lager over here so i thought i would have one.
