Brewed with a diverse mix of hop varieties, Hazed & Infused blends a piney, earthy, floral nose, with added fruitiness in flavor from the Simcoe. Although big hop aroma and flavor hit you up front, a relatively small early hop addition keeps the bitterness very low, making this hazy, deep golden-colored brew one of a kind.

12 oz bottle. Pours a copper color. Aroma is quite hoppy - a hoppy aroma that I figured meant it was a IPA (the site lists it as an APA - bo no matter). The flavor is nothing short of fantastic. It has an excellent dry hop flavor, and is one of the better beers Iโve had in quite some time to bring in the spring (and summer) seasons. Very mild (e.g. smooth), with a flavor that is good even only slightly "chilled" straight off the shelf - a feat that doesnโt always work out with many beers.

Bottle from Whole Foods Charlottesville. Dark, yellow-orange color. Aroma is strongly pine hops. Hops are a bit weak in the taste. Malt does not balance well leading to a muddled vibe. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Poured deep amber with a thin white head. Lekker hoppy aroma with a floral not. Medium malt body with more hoppiness. Moderate bitter ifinish. This might be another Cape Ale, Midway between a Pale and an IPA

12 oz. Bottle, at the new Two Brothers brew pub. This is the sign of a true RateBeer geek. I go into a brand new brewpub for a respected craft brewer and order a bottle from the cooler because Iโve already rated all their tap offerings. But this is pretty good. Body is just slightly hazy in a bright copper brown with a bubbly IPA head. Our favorite "C" type hop smell is there, still nice and fresh. Hops are right up front in the taste: citrus and grass with pine boughs behind it. Malts are kind of creamy. Impression of bitter coffee grounds toward the middle. But the big hop nose stays all the way through. Unusual to find such hoppiness in a 12 oz bottle of "normal strength" beer.

Looks great with a cream colored thick head that lasts for a good few moments. Hazy light brown color going for it. Smell pretty swank with citrusy and hoppy notes to it. Taste is slightly hoppy and a wee bit bitter. There is also something in it that makes it taste almost sweet, but not quite. Few hints of the citrusy elements. Overall rather drinkable and rather good.

Fiery orange body, thin off-white head. Floral and pine cone hops aroma backed by sweet, bready malts. Cerealy body with bitter perfumey hops and sweet breads, floral, and earthy, the hops being slightly astringent. Well-balanced, interesting IPA.

On tap at the Mad Mex in Robinson. Aroma is a little hoppy and the pour is darker than your typical pale yellow american beer. Has an off white head that fades to tea like froth. Mild hop bitterness greets the tongue but this is interestingly tempered by a brown ale flavor that is somewhat like Fat Gary. Finish is not quite as oppresive as I imagined after the first taste. Overall a decent brew that is easy to drink. Has enough hop bite and personality to let you know this is a pale ale but it is not overwhelming. As good as or better than Erieโs Hard cock ale and better than other pale ales Iโve had such as Sly Fox Phoenix Pale Ale, Hereford & Hops Allegheny Pale Ale, Flying Dog Doggie Style Classic Pale Ale or JW Dundees American Pale Ale .
