Brewed with a diverse mix of hop varieties, Hazed & Infused blends a piney, earthy, floral nose, with added fruitiness in flavor from the Simcoe. Although big hop aroma and flavor hit you up front, a relatively small early hop addition keeps the bitterness very low, making this hazy, deep golden-colored brew one of a kind.

Bottle Poures a slightly hazy amber with a medium sized white head. Coarse spotty lacing Aroma was a nice balance of sweet malts and a little bittrer hoppiness. Citrusy mainly. Flavors were very similar. Very nice Pale Ale.

Draft: Orange copper pour with a large off-white head and great lacing. Aroma is mostly citrus hops with some florals and malt backer. Taste is citrus hops, hints of floral, and malts. Pretty standard pale ale, but well done.

Bottle (big thanks to JOSS !) Reddish amber coloured, huge rocky off-white head, hazy; impressive aromatic-hoppy (flowery, citrusy) nose; moderate bitter flavour, mainly dry, light bodied; almost a touch of Riesling in the lingering, dry, hoppy finish. A light, but extremely aromatic brew.......no Stairway to Heaven, but very good !

Extremely hoppy aroma that hits you right off. Citrus, floral and pine smells, but the best hop aroma Iโve sensed. Poured a clear copper from the bottle with a thicker than usual white lacing head. Initial flavor is citrus, grapefruit and slight malt. This finishes with an apple flavor. Watery on the palate but a surprisingly clean finish. Aroma makes this a must try, weak flavor make

Clear light amber color with small white head. Aroma is strong grapefruit hop aroma and maybe a hint of malt sweetness. Hops is the flavor profile, beginning, middle and end. I taste grapefruit and citrus hops that combine mainly a bitterness and a bit of hop flavor too. Fresh tasty hoppy beer that leaves a pleasant hoppy aftertaste.

Nice off-white head atop a cloudy, amber bodyl. Aroma is filled with grapefruit. and grapefruit peel with a hint of sweet malt. The taste buds get a dose of grapefruit, though not as big a dose as expected from the nose, followed by orange with a light dusting of caramel. Dry, bitter finish. The palate is clean with a bit of stickiness to the bitter, resinous hops. Moderate carbonation.

bottle - Pours light brown with a medium, dissipating head. The very nice aroma is of flowery and piney hops. The flavor is of these same hops and malt thatโs so light it just ends up lacking in taste and balance. The palate is disappointingly watery and the finish crisp. I let it warm up for a little bit to see if that helped bring out the flavor. It didnโt. Itโs certainly drinkable, but Iโve never had a beer that smells this good and then delivers so poorly. Overrated.

Pour is a very cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is a eye opining pine hop. I keep taking whiffs of this brew b/c it smells so good. Flavor is strong and hoppy with lots of citrus on the tounge. Very taste and delicious!
