Bottle 33cl bought at beerstore in Fùssen. Dark Amber, cloudy with a minimal white head. Aroma of hops, malt, brown sugar and hay. Minimal bitterness with a ok hops, sweet malt and brown sugar. Bb 07.2019

Bottle from the Neuschwanstein gift shop. Pours translucent orange tinged gold with a white head. Aroma is pale stone fruit. Med body. Flavor is some malt, some pale stone fruit, some herb/spice, possibly noble, hop. Not very dry, moderately bitter. Nice flavor tho.

(bottle, 33cl) Almost cloudy, golden colour with a firm and medium-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, hay and lemon, backed by honey-ish cara-malt. Moderately sweet and mildly bitter flavour, medium bodied at best with a moderate carbonation. A tad slim cara-malty start with almost juicy fruity and slightly herbal hops, lingering into the sweet-bitter finish with a muted alcoholic strength. Deceptive. 26.II.18
