This dry cider is made from a blend of both cider and dessert apples, beginning our story of Millionaires' Row. These higher elevation lands of Prairie Valley sat mostly undeveloped until Lord Thomas Shaughnessy established the Summerland Development Company. As wealthy, influential investors bought in, these dry lands became bountiful fruit orchards.

Good foam on stormy clear yellow, juicy chewy sweet apple on the nose - not really dry but definitely appetizing and present. Flavour is slightly vinuous, vinegary apples. Good carbonation but mouthfeel is otherwise narrow. Still very nice.

Bottle sampled at Millionaires' Row, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins and a touch of acidity. Flavour is bone dry, with crisp apple skins and a hint of acidity. Bone dry, simple, but clean. Decent.
