This Bright Pale Ale was dry hopped with Idaho 7 hops. This is one of our favorite hops to work with, as it showcases a great blend of pine, tropical fruit and candy.

Soft lemony hops aroma has clooudy yellow body with soft foam on top. Flavour is good smooth hops. Mouthfeel is sharp and properly oily. It's not bad but could use a little malt character to round it out.

On tap at Bright Eye, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose is fairly dank, with a nice expression from the Idaho 7, some juiciness, a little pot, and biscuity malt. Flavour is juicy, with a crisp biscuity malt backbone paving the way for the juicy Idaho 7. Nice body and a crisp finish. Good stuff.
