On tap at House of Funk, pours a hazy blonde with a large white head. Nose is very odd, with lots of funky blue cheese, pineapple, and estery banana notes. Flavour is really quite vile, with lots of funky blue cheese, abrasive bitterness, some rotting banana, and pineapple. This is disgusting — harshly bitter and rotting. An interesting experiment gone way wrong.

Muddy rosemary aroma, soft yellow body with little foam. Flavour is very rich heavy hay and yeast, takes burlap to another level and that alcohol is just blasting my nostrils. Very strong musky aftertaste. It's very sharp, very harsh, not quite rustic. Seems unbalanced and has too much of everything.
