Following the introduction of the bottom-fermented brewing process in the mid-19th century, a new beer type became popular and shaped the consumption habits of beer drinkers. The fresh, pale brew with its mildly hoppy flavour became one of the star products of its age. That is why Dortmunder style is considered a milestone in the development of beer culture in the world and became a synonym for superior quality. DAB Dortmunder Export is the finest example of the special bottom-fermented blond lager. It is a harmoniously balanced, crisp and easy-to-drink beer with pleasingly gentle notes of hops and malt. A very well-rounded taste profile with a soft and elegant texture.

Old rating - A 330ml bottle from Dunell's in Jersey. Pours golden with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of malt, bread & flora. Medium body. Light to medium malty bitter finish. Below average

17.02.2022 Aromat słodowy nic innego żadnego chmielu Klarowne złociste biała obfita piana opadająca Smak słodki minimalnie, goryczki prawie brak, chmiel może jest taki ziemisty Nagazowanie duże, wytrawne, ciało niskie. Ogólnie ikona stylu no i tu chyba.nic dodać nic ująć, dla mnie trochę inaczej smakujący koncerniak, można spróbować.

Can from the lcbo. Clear golden pour with a medium white head. Aroma is full of musty grains, slight apple aroma, no hops. Mouth feel is good, carb is also good. Finish is basically non existent, light wet paper. Typical euro lager.

Cerveza rubia, transparente, espuma blanca consistente y bien retenida. Aroma muy discreto a malta, exento de notas desagradables. En boca es ligera, refrescante, perfil macro, correcta y bebible.
