A wild-fermented dry cider with rich apple flavour, produced with only apple varieties developed at the Summerland Research and Development Centre. Known to locals as the Station, this government facility has developed many apple varieties since 1924 through their world-renowned breeding program, including the well-known Spartan.

Good light gold body and okay foam, tart dry apple on the nose with hints of wood and apple skin. Flavour is a slightly bitter and boozy apple, plenty of dry notes, slight vinegar. Full mouthfeel, nothing untoward lingering. Very nice.
