All Together is a project conceived and curated by Other Half Brewing NYC with the purpose of uniting independent breweries in helping to raise funds for hospitality industry professionals who have been affected by the Covid-19 lockdowns.

Each participating brewery was asked to brew a beer to a recipe released by Other Half and to donate a proportion of their choosing to a relevant cause. Our nominated
charity is https://www.hospitalityaction.org.uk.

Bold, glowing and full of fresh-ability this IPA is soft and deep with layer upon layer of blooming tropical madness. Charged up to busting point with lashings of MOSAIC, SIMCOE, CASCADE and CITRA giving off sleek dripping slices of ripe mango, crushed pineapple, over ripe peach and zesty grapefruit crush.

Can at home. Unclear, hazy yellow color, quickly diminishing white head. Aroma reminds me a bit of citrusfruit fruit peel. Yeah of course malts, hoppy, fruity hoppy etc but that fruit peel note stands out for me. Flavor doesn't have it though. Upon first swallow it strikes me as dry. More dry than I would have expected beforehand. Maybe though that fruitpeel is actually in the flavor as well, making it a bit more bitter than some of the other All Together beers I've had. I like that. Quite alright.

Can from Beerdome, shared at home (08/08/2020) - very hazy yellow pour with a white head. This is more like it, vibrant big fruity notes here with lots of pineapple, grapefruit, melon, papaya, some citrus peel, nice mouthfeel and medium body, hoppy finish with a quenching well balanced crisp drying bitterness. Goes down a treat.

440ml can. Hazy, bright yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Juicy, tropical fruity, slightly piney, hoppy aroma, hints of pine, passion fruit, some mango, orange. Taste is juicy, tropical fruity and slightly piney hoppy, hints of pine, passion fruit, some mango, orange, slightly sugary, oaty and wheaty malty basis, a tart-ish, citric acidic touch as well. Watery, minimally oily texture, dry palate, soft carbonation. OK, but not more.

Can at home, from HOTM, 25/07/20. Murky orange yellow with a decent off white cap that dissipates edgeward. Nose is ripe citric flesh, hop spice, pine resin, weed, mango, peach, light floral wave. Taste comprises orange pith, sweet malts, papaya, mango flesh, pine resin, grapefruit, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with lightly aggressive juicy come semi dankened hop bitterness. Solid IPA ... surprised to see this scoring at just 3.55. Ahhh ... modern day RB crap scoring system ... someone has ticked it 1.0 for their own records and this counts to the beers scores ... SORT IT RB OUT FFFS !!!!!!
