Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque brown with a creamy and lacing beige head. Comes as a slow gusher. Thick and heavy christmas spices in the nose, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. Medium body, low in carbonation, a slight underlying roastiness but totally dominated by the Xmas spices. No real Brett impression. 300514

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, cloves, and brown sugar. The flavor is sweet with notes of cloves, cardemomme, brown sugar, and a bit of brettanomyces, leading to a dry finish.

Draught at Söder om Småland
Dark mahogany color with small head. Soapy aroma, unfortunate spicing (cinnamon, maybe star anise). Dry mouthfeel, some roasted malt, dirt water, spices; ashy roastiness in the final.
Strange concept. Not very good.
