Very huge, whipped eggwhite-like head over fully hazy darker yellow beer with a bit of Grünstich . Very phenolic, smoked nose, even some sulphur, bit of carboard, resin, ashes é smoked grains, ashroasted potatoes. Sourish with the phenolic smokiness finishing. Touch of resin, lots of lactic acid, lemony-citric even. Light and quite refreshing, good carbonation. Nose has a phenolic overload, rest is pretty pleasing.
