Canned, from Systembolaget. Almost clear golden, small head. Aroma of charcuterie smoke. Dry with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Bread and smoke. Smoked ham and mild tar. Mid bitter finish. Lovely flavour - of Franconian class, but lacking the softness and drinkability of them.

Burk. Lätt och söt maltighet i grunden. Ljust bröd, grönsaker och honung. Lätt men tydlig rökighet.

Burk från SB. Spökgul, lätt disig med hög vit krona. Maltig, mjuk och med en subtil och snygg rökighet. Lättdrucket och riktigt snygg rökighet.

Can, 5%. Acidic and slightly smokey aroma. Almost clear golden colour. OK stable white head. The flavour is acidic and slightly smokey, a lot like the aroma. Watery finish. Rubbery and watery mouthfeel. A bit subtler than I usually like my Rauchbier.

Can from Systembolaget. A bit hazy golden/yellow with a medium white head. Fairly mild with smoke, ham, bread and malt. The bitterness was light.

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings Taproom. Gyllengul aningen disig med högt vitt skum. Lätt rökig doft med mjuk och len munkänsla. Säd, bröd och en mjuk rökighet som är precis lagom. Gott
