Candi sugar, chocolate malt and hay aroma. Black with small brown head. Moderately sweet candi sugar, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Nice balance - light body for a quad. Nice tasting beer - hides its strength well. On the light side for a quad.
