Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Pretty clear golden. Lots of apricot, lacto, oak, some funk, sour, juicy, kinda lemony. Great and refreshing.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a clearish gold with a small finger of white foam that lingers. Oak, white vinegar and apricot as it warms up. Some apricot stone bitterness with more oak on the palate. Acidity is quite bright but the apricot stands out nicely.

tart apricots, lots of apricot flavors, puckering, lovely funky and sourness, great stone fruit taste, a bit sharp finish though, still like it
