Tropical New England IPA, collaboration with the Brazilian breweries Three Monkeys (Rio de Janeiro) and UX Brew (Sao Paulo). This was a long overdue collaboration with our buddies from the sunny continent and was an amazing privilege to brew it for the first time to celebrate 5 years of Three Monkeys and their annual Brewing Friends Festival in Rio. This brew has a huge body due to copious amount of oats (45% of the grist load!), double dry hopped with Sabro and Enigma for an amazing tropical storm of aroma and flavour!
