Our seasonal beer to celebrate summer: lots of raspberries with a touch of rhubarb for the indulgence. A refreshing and regressive beer to be enjoyed in the sun.

(Draft at La Source Taproom, Brussels, 20 Sep 2025) Pinkish red colour with brief, pink head. Fruity nose with notes of raspberries, strawberries and rhubarb. Fruity, tart taste with raspberries, rhubarb, strawberries and citrus. No bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tart, fruity and refreshing. Very nice.

On tap at La Source taproom, Brussels, Saturday 1st October 2022 in the company of Lynn and Barry, on Barry's birthday. Pours milky reddish with an off pink head. Lots of rhubarb, super fruity, raspberry also, very good.

Left. Hazy, opaque pinky color and a nice off-white head. Looks like a smoothie. Rhubarb nose, juicy. Dominant rhubarb, raspberries, Medium finish.

Tap at the brewery. Murky dull reddish. Lots of fruit puree, wheat, vanilla, creamy oats, berry galore. Over light sour and sweet. OK but very smoothie like.

How does La Source manage it that every La Source beer tastes like it says on the can or bottle? Big compliment 😉.
Tasty fruity sour! Nothing more, nothing less.

Draught Thick pinkish head over pinkish tinted terra-cotta beer, very muddy. Strangely served a serious tad too cold. Delicate raspberry aroma and hints at lactic acid. Strawberry aroma too. Raspberry sauce with a creamy feel and even taste, lactic acid-laced raspberry jam. Little or no evidence of the rhubarb, strangely even not in the acidity. Chewy MF because of all the fruit, but not heavy at all. It appears utterly natural, obviously, but it misses a bit of the "wow"effect some similar beers show.
