Howling Moon's Lemon Hops is dry-hopped cider, made with heritage apples and infused with fresh lemon verbena and Citra hop flowers. This refreshing cider has light citrus notes that compliment the floral apple base. Pairs well with lemon thyme roasted chicken and classic fish and chips.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lemon cleaner, floral hops and a touch of apple core. Flavour is really unpleasant, with diacetyl, lemon cleaner, floral notes and apple core. Absolute trainwreck - harsh off-notes and poorly calibrated. Awful.

Very pale straw body, strong carbonation, no foam. soft sweet apple aroma with mellow lemon on the nose, reasonably well balanced. Flavour is vinuous apple, soft lemon, a little vinegary. Dry finish, odd lemony aftertaste but it dissipates quickly. Still decent, the lemon helps to accent the apple and it's nice to drink.
