Panda at home, thanks to the Wingman, 10/07/21. Beetroot red with a crimson cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is sharp red berries, herbal notes, hedgerow, trace of liquorice, blackcurrant jam. Taste comprises blackcurrant liquorice sweets, vanilla, light salt kiss, balsa wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering edge and light acidity. Decent stuff.
