This is not a sour beer that will make your mouth look like a cat's ass. Neither does it smell like a horse blanket.
It's a tart and very refreshing beer with huge fruit taste.
We call it a sour IPA as it has a good amount of fruity hops in it as well but you can also call it a Florida Weisse or why not Havana Weisse.
Beside of the fruity hops, we have added cold-smoked pineapple and coconut.
The beer balances between tartness, fruitiness and a good mouthfeel.

ABV: 6.5%. ✅ Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sour, sour fruit, dough, odd, light coconut. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, odd ! chamomile ? coconut, pineapple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210901]

--Bottled, from Systembolaget-- Cloudy golden. Aroma of coconut and pineapple. Tart with medium body and rounded spritzy mouthfeel. Lime, pineapple and coconut - pretty much a piña colada, only diluted and slightly artificial.
