Att Jörgen började sin bryggarkarriär i Morabyn Vattnäs och älskar tysk ölkultur råder det ingen tvekan om. Både 40-50-60 årsfesterna har hållits i oktoberfeststil. då har en hembryggd variant av denna Vattnästyska-öl avnjutits tillsammans med pretzel, schweinshaxe, sauerkraut och kartoffelknöddel.

Appearance: Golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Malt, bread, grass, grain, fruit, hops.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, caramel, fruit, hops.

Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma of grass, light bread and hints of minerals. About the same in the taste, also notes of hops. On the light side.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear golden, mid sized head. Slight fruity nose with notes of grass and boiled vegetables. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and bready, very mild floral hops. Mid bitter finish.
