Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a smallish, off-white head. Estery Saison notes in the nose. Medium body, some sweet fruitiness, a slight tartness, but mostly estery/yeasty. Pear is a very subtle fruit, and very hard to have come through in beer. This is no different. I imagine I can spot a little pear in both aroma and flavor, but maybe only because I know it should be there. 251120

Flaska från SB. Doft av päronsoda och lite jästig saison. Mindre päron i smaken, istället mer saison men med en sötare päronkolasmak. Lätt, ganska söt, lite marsipan, jäst, örtiga och lryddiga siosoninslag. Ok.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, minimal head. Aroma of Päronsoda. Sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Pear candy, sugar, marzipan and boiled cabbage. Low bitterness. Some sake-like spice saves what can be saved.
