We short-filled the kettle to brew this imperial version of our 9lb Porter. More roasty, more chocolatey, more ABV and more delicious (if that’s even possible).
For beer geeks
Malts - 2 Row Pale, Munich, Chocolate, Roasted
Hops - Centennial, Northern Brewer
Yeast - English Ale

Porterish in a nice way. But not exactly memorable. I washed smashed when I had this though...

On Tap deep dark brown.black Thin brief light tan head and only a few wisps of lacing. Medium roast aromas and flavors. Well attenuated for a big beer, smooth slightly bitter roast notes at the end. Well balanced tasty.
