You look pretty in pink is a fruited sour beer where the sourness is not the dominating part but part of the character. It contains an insane load of raspberry but has also been dry-hopped with modern world hops. Even cocoa
nibs and a touch of milk sugar have been added. Finally, it was stored on American oak for some time.
This gives a complex beer where the raspberry for sure is dominant but many more layers can be found from the cocoa and oak.

Bottle from Voldby. Hazy red with a white head and lots of floaties. Flavor is sweet, malty, raspberries and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic. Extremely carbonated. 140421

How: Bottle.
Where: Systembolaget.
Appearance: Hazy red colour with a white-ish head.
Aroma: Raspberries, berries, yeast, a bit sour.
Body: Medium body, low to medium carbonation.
Flavour: Raspberries, yeast, berries, some currants, a bit sour.

Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. (my first one from this brewery) Hazy reddish with a large slightly pink head. Mild with raspberry, some redcurrant, light grass and notes of yeast. Slightly sour finish.
