Keg at Silchester Farm. Aroma is light and grainy. Opaque amber brown. Thick foamy white head. Grainy bitterness. Develops tangy berries. But grains win out. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice enough.

330ml bottle. Poured a medium amber colour with a huge frothy white head. The aroma is malt, herbal, woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, nutty, herbal, light pepper spice, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A fine example of the style.
