Bottle at the.Alcanea hotel, Crete. Bright clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and crisp and dry. Clean pale malts. Very mild citrus that had a vague sour tinge. Trace of floralness. Dry crisp finish with the sourish citrus lingering on. Not bad.

Bottle from Oddbins. Appearance - golden with gentle bubbles and a decent fluffy head. Nose - honey, lemon and malt. Taste - more honey and lemon with pale malt background. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy delicate texture and a nice balanced finish. Overall - a decent example of a Helles style beer.
