A traditional Belgian-style witbier brewed with a primarily wheat malt base, lightly hopped, and spiced with orange peel and coriander. Light pale in color and highly effervescent. No need for an orange slice with this feel-good beer of the summer.

Crowler shared at Fury of a Feast share. Thanks Brad! Pours a clearish straw gold with a small white head. Lovely witbier nose with clove, coriander seed and light peppercorn aromas. A touch of banana ester as it warms, but the flavors are all well-balanced. No added spice here, all yeast. A touch sweet with a drying finish. Looking forward to trying more from Detroit's newest brewery.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has Belgian yeast and flora with a bit of sweet wheat underlying. Flavor is Belgian yeast forward with light fruits and a sweet wheat.
