Black beer with a light malt aroma. Flavour is chocolate and coffee with the malt. A drinkable if unspectacular brown ale.

Rødbrun farge med lyst beige skum. Lukter av sjokolade og karamell. Smaken er noe tam med sjokoladepreg. Noe tørr og lite bitter avslutning.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear dark mahogany brown pour with a thin off white head, caramel and autumn leaf aroma, taste has sweet caramel, a hint of smoke, some coffee, bitter finish.

Bottle at Brew, Bangkok. Poured a murky dark brown with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is dry earthy mineral malt. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry malt hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A nice beer but a little light for a brown ale.

From tap at Kverulantkatedralen 13.09.14. Dark brown. Small beige head. Aroma of hard plastic. Faults from a new tap system??? Toffee, dark malts and liquorice in taste and aftertaste.
