We added fleshly pressed rhubarb juice and elderflowers (one day of maceration) to a wildly fermented, barrel aged cider, made from untreated and handpicked apples from high standard trees. Bottled May 2020.

Pours unclear blonde, smell is full, elderflower, intense, sharp. Taste is full, sharp, dry, rhubarb but mostly elderflower.

750ml bottle. Smooth, slightly funky and sourish with some apple juice, rhubarb, hints of tartness and sourness. Pretty balanced and complex.
