The acronym CLAC stands for Cinsault, Lambic, Alicante, and Carignan, denoting the three grape varieties (trois cépages) and is the first Cantillon lambic to contain a blend of three different grapes. According to the brewery, each of the grape varieties were macerated separately and then blended together.

0,75l from bottle at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà. Reddish brown color, small white head. Smells red grapes, tannins, marzipan, bit herbal, subtle funk, some horse radish. Very Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes red grapes, juicy, horse radish, herbal, subtle funk, bit nutty. Finishes dry and medium sour with notes of red grapes, horse radish and herbal notes. Very nice grape notes, horse radish is a bit distracting (still a bit young?), but overall very nice one. Gets a lot better once warm, less horse radish and a lot more grapes and tannins 8,4,8, 4,17

Bottle shared at PastaMadre. Hazy deep purple with small dark pink head. Spicy grapes up front but also a ton of dank C funk and some old wood, blackberries, white pepper, funky grape skins, pond scum, a hint of vanilla and raspberry. Maybe some prunes. Medium sweet and sour with some bitter grape skins. Medium bodied. Great.

Fairly hazy purple with a pink head. Aroma of red wine, tart and sweet red grapes, oak, deep funk and citrus notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
To faktycznie istnieje i jest zajebiste. Mega intensywna winogronowosc, faktycznie niecodzienna, pewnie dzieki bpendowaniu. Troche dzikosci w tle, i to takiej smisznej, jakby spoconoskorzanej. Aromat dosc slodki, w uscie tez jeszcze nie calkiem wytrawne.
