Colour was okay for a witbier or hefeweizen, but it’s not my favorite beercolour. Didn’t like the smell, but the taste was pretty nice.

Bottle, 5%. Yeasty CO2 aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is slightly sweet with some yeast. Tastes old, but is not past BB date.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is dishwater (or wet dishtowel more like), herbs and wheat. Flavour is quite much the same along with some yeast and acidic fruits.

Near gushing to huge off-white fine head, not stable, over hazy greenish-golden beer. Some coriander-like spicing, dull grain & wheat, overtly citrus, lemon(zeste). No clove, no banana, no orange - German?? Dull, sof-sweet taste; some human sweat, something slightly burning. Faint mandarine juice, but very, very dull. Wheat slickness, slightly burning MF at the end. Ultra-dull white. One from a great batch given by Dean.

(Bottle 30 cl) Hazy dark golden with a small, white head. Vague aroma of wheat, yeast and citrus. Medium body and rather fresh flavours of yeast and citrus. No real bitterness. Presumably this is brewed according to the German Reinheitsgebot. 200406

[Hoagelwit] A yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet spicy with coriander standing out. The flavor is wheaty combined with notes of coriander. The flavor is boring and the body is thin.
