Bottle shared thanks to kermis. Bit hazy golden. Indeed a lot of saison yeast, sweet malts, grape skins, sweet spicy white grapes, a touch of oak. Medium sweet and solid bitter. Over medium body. Noice.

Flaska från Bokke, 2018. Klar, guldig med vit krona. Fyllig, potent, rejält med druvor, mycket vitvinstoner, gula russin, nästan lite värme. Vissa liknande drag som 50N4E 2020 i cognacs-tonerna. Något vass i eftersmaken, åt det fenoliska hållet, lite marsipan. Saisonen i botten ger en extra skjuts. Supergott, potent. Kanske kvällens bästa.

Paired with home made bibimbap. Jesus Christ what a beer! Delicious gueuze/wild saison/natural wine hybrid. Perfectly balanced! Utterly delicious!

0,75l from bottle at Ammutson. Vintage 2018. Yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. Smells spices, peppery, funky, grapes, tannins, very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes funky, stone fruits, grapes, wood, spices, tannins some oak. Finishes very subtle sour with notes of stone fruits, grapes and peppery. Very nice one, super subtle balance, almost a bit on the sweet side, could use a bit more sourness for me, a tad heavy, overall lovely though 8,4,8, 3,16

Hazy golden orange with a white head. Aroma of Brett, barnyard, saison yeast, vinous notes, overripe and tart white grapes. Flavour is light moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
