Gouden body met een beetje roze. Weinig wit schuim. Geur is zurig en zacht fruit. Retronasaal idem. Smaal is zurig, hout, bitterig. Lichte body. Droge, iets bittere afdronk.

Bottle shared at the 2025 Pre-Christmas/NY Zaandam Borrel. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a round frothy white head. The aroma is zingy citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sour and sweet, with a a somewhat light, crisp, dry, juicy citrus, orange, tart grapefruit, light yeasty palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle shared at kermis tasting. Hazy dull golden. Spicy saison, peach, yoghurt, herbal, wheat, sweet malts and oak. Medium sweet and sour, light bitter. Medium bodied. Maybe too old, but I'm not impressed.

Sample uit 75cl fles, 2018, Zaandam Kerst/NY tasting. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Druiven, wat zwavel, licht peperig, kruidig, droog, zuur, hout, gaat een beetje alle kanten op, bitter, de saison is ver weg. Lichte body.
