I am what I am, and I do what I do. I expect nothing and accept everything.
Is it beer? Perhaps, it’s fermented. Your mileage may vary.
Why? Pushing the yeast to the limits creates unique flavors. It’s hard for us to leave this space unexplored.
Is it really strong Belgian golden ale? Probably not, but it was starting point.
Anything else I need to know? It’s very potent beer. Best to enjoy like a port.

Bottled 330ml (webshop) Murky dark orange colour, small white head. Aroma has odd fruits and solvent. Medium to full-bodied. Sweetish, fruity with solvent like alcohol. Warming aftertaste, malty. When warms up: toffee, vanilla. Interesting.

Draught@Craft Beer Helsinki 2018. Hazy orangeish golden colour with pretty much no head. Aroma is big time malty, bready, grainy and some caramel notes with some plum, raisins and a wee bunch of alcohol. Flavour is alcohol, some plum, raisins, mild zesty and bread with some gluelike tones. Oh did I mention alcohol? This turns very boozy warming up a bit. Weak on the carbonation.

Pours dark orange, amberish and pretty flat. Creamy hoppy nose, hop marmalade, pretty sweet and only some alcohol coming through. Quite a lot actually.Taste is sweet and syrupy, some light booze coming through. Lots of sweet dried fruits, dry yellow plum. Hop syrup, bitter finish with a bit of herbal kick.

Draught @ [ CBH2018 ] - Craft Beer Helsinki 2018, Rautatientori (Railway Square), Helsinki, Finland 00100. [ As Lehe I Am What I Am ].Unclear matt medium orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, rich malt, caramel, sweet malt, alcohol - booze, plum - raisin. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, alcohol, hot alcohol - booze ala vodka ! dried fruit, plum - raisin, sweet fruit, more alcohl, bread, rich malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate to light heavy alcoholic. [20180705] 6-2-7-3-12
