750ml bottle, 2022, drunk, 5/3/24 at Ma Che. Clear blonde. No head. Acetic-accented, smokey Brett with mild grape and more phenolics in the finish. Malty as always with light oak and more tart grape. Juicy, tart, grapey with vanilla, oak, malt and a good brace of lactic acidity. Juicy as all hell. Lovely stuff.

Bottle, 750 ml at Les Brigitiness. 2023 vintage. Vinous, citrus, vibrant, funky. Nice sourness and fruity and white wine balance.

Looks like a hazy Prosecco. Intense aroma and surprisingly funky for Cantillon. Loads of farmyard. Unusual thick texture, perhaps from fruit pectins? Gentle sourness and soft mineral notes. Subtle grape sweetness.

Blond colour, greenish/brownish hue, slightly hazy. The aroma presents some funk, not much complexity, there is a light aroma of olives. The tartness is sharp, the bugs created some funk, but, again, nothing particularly complex; hints of petrol and sulfur; it would still be enjoyable to drink in a hot summer day, sitting outside in Brussels.
