Huge white head, fluffy, lively carbonated yellowish golden beer. Spicy, peppery, dried malts, grassy. Dry, peppery, again bit grassy. Something smokey as cigarette ashes. Dry. Feels well-carbonated, medium to well bodied. Special, very dry ale.

Tap at Prague Beer Fest, 2025, thx! Clear golden body, white head. The aroma has huge pear esters and citric touches, but the taste is much drier, light citric hoppy touches, herbal hoppy bitterness in the finish. Fun little hoppy Belgian!

Bottle thnx to the crew @ Felix Pakhuis. Apparently brewed by their own recipe ( co-developed by some very respectable experts ) and brewed at Anders. The aim was a Duvel Like strong ale, with Styrian Golding and Saaz. The beer is currently labeled as 'Speciale Belge ' which is obviously pretty damn far from what it is. The new batch will have this misinformation removed. The beer pours slightly unclear yellow, smell is pefrumy, malty, mild smokey almost (yeaststress? ) mild hopnore. Earthy, raw, but off. Taste is full, bit bitter, bit harsh. Malty. overcarbonated. OK. Apparrently, the big bottles / Tap is better, and so will be the new brew (they hope) So will re-rate when tried again.
