Bottle at Matt's
Dark color, near black. Earthy aroma, caramel, the body is rather thin for the style, dark caramel flavor, light chocolate, no depth, hints of coffee.
Ok beer, but subpar Imperial Stout/Porter.

Taste at Trail's End. Pours black, with a big, bubbly, brown head. The aroma is smooth dark chocolate, maple, molasses, and toffee. Very sweet and syrupy. Heavy body, with a silky, syrupy mouthfeel. This is a decadent and delicious porter.

750ml pours with a dark mahogany colored body that supports a tan head. The aroma offers up sweet dark fruity esters, chocolate notes, some malt balls and a touch of booze. The taste delivers smooth spicy chocolate malts blended with thin dark roasted malts. It gets a little more spicy toward the finish. Nice.

Medium brown, thin head. On the nose, it smells kind of sour, touch of chocolate, wouldn't say that this is appetizing. Bitter, toasted, kind of harsh burnt sugars. Lacks refinement. This is a bit harsh and unbalanced.

22 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out brown sugar, molasses, vanilla and a hint of toasted malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with the molasses and burnt brown sugar jumping out on top, with a hint of vanilla and toasted malt. Well-balanced, with a nice depth of flavours. Very good.

Közepes, tartós, bézs hab, fekete szín. Csokis, kakaós, aszalt gyümölcsös illat. Száraz, csokis, kakaós, aszalt és sötét gyümölcsös ízvilág. Testes, Közepesen testes, közepesen keserű. Kellemes, jól összerakott stout.

Bottle, 9.3%. Fruity and roasted aroma. Black colour. Small frothy light brown head. The flavour is nicely roasted, but not very bitter. Has a good fruity note to balance. A little jammy. Very flavourful and quite well-balanced.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with notes of roast and touches of coffee and hints of hops. Roasty flavour with notes of cocoa and malt and touches of yeast. Bitter, hoppy and roasty aftertaste with notes of coffee. Nice,
