The "#001" was the first batch brewed in our original Ap Lei Chau brewery and for obvious reasons is special for us. The style is a classic session IPA that is very drinkable, but still packs a punch, with a well-rounded bitter finish. Malty flavors from 4 different varieties helps provide support to the hops.
