We’ve dialed down one of our most legendary West Coast IPA recipes to create a 5.1% homage to these bitingly bitter IPAs.
Awash with all the pithy, sticky hop characteristics we fell for some 13 years ago, Jagged Edge showcases some of the finest new world hops, boasting a clawing bitterness that coats the mouth amidst a biscuity base.

Weinig tot geen koolzuur, smaakt een heel klein beetje naar bellenblaas oftewel Dreft.

Keg at BD Tower Hill. Sharp stonefruit with underlying jammy fruit sweetness. Light gold. Thin translucent white head. Medium-heavy bitter. Piney. Tart stonefruit. Light. Thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Dry finish. Fine. Not overly interesting.

Can. Somewhat hazy golden, moderate white head, pretty lasting. Medium hoppy nose, sweet fruits with some spicy notes. Some tobacco notes in the back. Medium bitterness, a bit of sweetness to balance it. Peppery finish, medium bittery aftertaste. Lighter body. Nice and proper IPA character.

Lightly hazy gold pour. The aroma is citrus hops and a little malt. The flavor is moderately bitter, citrusy, and lightly malty. I'm not sure what spiky is supposed to mean here, but this beer seems pretty easy going.
