Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is a really nice blend of fruity waters and phenolics. Light lemon, cherry and green grapes notes with hints of tropical fruit. Light floral, elderberry flower notes. Light peppery, herbal phenolics. Light grain and hints of alcohol. Pours a slightly hazy, golden straw color with small, thin, white head that recedes quickly and disappears. No lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a light acidity and light grain notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Light elderberry flower notes. Light lemon, cherry and green grapes notes. Hints of peppery, herbal phenolics. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid saison. Nice fermentation notes add a bit of a fruity characteristic and some phenolics that compliment the elderberry flowers. Nice, balanced acidity.

BB 08-2025. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells elderflowers, flowers, earthy, grassy, citric, bit funky. nice to very nice smell.. full body, soft carbonation. tastes elder flowers, citric, stone fruits, herbal, oranges. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of herbs, stone fruits and flowery notes. very nice one, great balance, love the fruity notes in this one. Smell is more elder flower forward then the taste. Overall very good one.

750ml bottle. Slightly milky, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Woody and yeasty spicy, slightly yeasty fruit aroma, notes of oak, some elderflower, brine, a vinous touch of white grapes, grape sugar. Taste is dry, tart-ish, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, minimally woody, notes of elderflower, some brine, gooseberry, kiwi fruit, white grapes, a touch of oak, mustard seed. Minimally oily, watery texture, dry, minimally astringent palate, medium, scattered, prickly carbonation. Well balanced, homogeneous, rather clean - very nice.

Bottle donated by kermis, thanks! Pours a pale golden colour and a white head with no retention. Aroma's: brett-funk, sourish. Retronasal it's mild sour, fruity, funky, light sweet. Flavour is light sweet and light moderate sour. Light medium bodied. Good carbonation. Finish is light dry. Not too much brett fotunately.
