Seasonal - Spring & Summer.
Another relative rarity in the real ale world ~ a clear wheat beer. This is a brilliantly astringent beer as a true wheat beer should be and in pulls off a real "double whammie" having a powerful continental bitterness as well.

Bottle, Carringtons, Chorlton. Pallid straw gold pour with minimal head. Pretty muted hop character. Biscuity malts and some fruit, but all a bit restrained and ho hum. Reasonable enough guzzler but nothing special.

Cask@2nd Hinckley Beer Festival, 2009. Bronze beer with a light head. The aroma is lightly hopped, and the flavour is lightly vinous, mildly malty and bitter. Overall a nice lightly hopped and malty beer.
