This beer is the stickiest of the icky. It's a luxuriously hoppy IPA loaded up with intemperate quantities of Nelson, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops, which are some of the fruitiest, dankest hops sweet, sweet money can buy. Its pleasingly dry character and lightly bready malt backbone form a magnificent platform for its huge, complex hop profile. Prepare to have your flavor ports stormed by an armada of interdimensional taste lords.

16 ounce can. Pours a clear amber orange color with a small white head. A big citrus and caramel nose, dank. Rich fruity hop flavor, very dank, floral, huge citrus. This is really a somewhat malty IPA and a damn good one at that. 6.8% is just perfect for this. I could drink a ton of this. The kind of beer that you can easily drink a few sips of and not notice because it is so smooth and not a 17% BA Impy. Say at a tasting. Needs a glass or three to be appreciated. Lovely.

Fat på Saliga Munken i Norrköping. Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, övermogna päron, konserverade persikor med toner av grapefrukt och citrus. Stor sötma, rund och len, fruktig, frisk, fin balans och beska. Toppen!

Can. A- Dank, hoppy, caramel, slightly floral. A- Amber color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Bitter, dank, grassy, caramel, bready. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- Normally I wouldn’t like stuff like this but it was so well done it was hard not to like it. Definitely a bitter and fairly aggressive amber. Not your typical one. Lots of earthy and citrusy hops.

Clear, copper colored, medium- off white frothy head. Aroma is of malt, some biscuit and caramel, moderate fruity, tropical and citrus hops. Taste is medium sweet malt, biscuit, caramel, lightly toasted bread, medium fruity and citrus, some tangerine, bit floral, medium bitterness, sweet fruit but a dry and bitter finish and aftertaste. Medium bodied, average carbonation, oily. Not the freshest can, but still pretty hoppy.

Fra boks på romjulstreff i RBHD des-16: klar gylden med flott skum som varer. Nydelig humleprofil i aroma og smak, her finner jeg granskudd, aprikos, karamell og sukat i tillegg til de obligatoriske tropiske frukter. Her finner vi roen alle sammen. Delikat, saftig og lett bitterhet i ettersmaken - de 85 IBU er fascinerende godt skjul.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Bjørnøy 29.12.16. Clear dark golden. Quickly diminishing white head. Aroma old tropical fruits, dried citrus zest and sawdust, perhaps also with a hint of sap and liquorise. Similar taste, with round mouthfeel.
