(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, pale golden coloured hue with floating hop-particles and a short foamy white head. Fresh and “wet” hoppy aroma with notes of spruch, herbs and a delicately grassy touch, backed by a mildly doughy and grainy malt character underneath. Mildly sweet and slightly bitter flavour, rather light bodied with a calm carbonation. Slightly doughy pale malty base with a herbal-spicy, delicately sprucey hoppy counterpart; sweet-bitter and rounded malty and hoppy finish. Balanced and likeable brew. 03.III.15

Bouteille: Golden, hazy, quickly diminishing loose white head; mild aroma of malt and resiny to herbal hops; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and very smooth; lingering drier resiny finish, some fruitiness shows up, too. Pretty good…
