On tap at il punto Bologna. A super refreshing ale - that is basically the best description I have for this. The body and maltiness of a traditional ale, the crispness of a pale ale or lager, and the light acidity of good alvinne beers. Really unique, looking forward to more raw ales.

Hazy pale yellow colour with thin lacy head. Aroma and flavour have lots of earthy herbs. Some citrus element. Lots of grassy bitterness.

Bottle. Color: Hazy pale golden, large dense white head. Aroma: Tart, fruity notes of stone fruit and berries, spicy notes. Taste: Over moderate to medium tart, moderate to over moderate sweet, fruity notes of sweet and sour berries, citrus / orange, some sour and ripe sweetish apples and hints of stone fruit. Spicy hints. Dry-ish and bit grainy finish with subtle notes of wood. Just over medium body, just under average carbonation. Reminds me a bit of 'Dextro Energy Citroen tabs', somehow. Quite unique taste in nowadays beerworld. Very nice complexity. Very likeable.

Bottle shared. Slight hazy golden with white head. Soft yeast up front with some yoghurt as well. Light malty, more yoghurt, dry oak, lime, gooseberries. It's a nice mix of slightly dry malts, tannic wood and soft fruits. Over medium sour, lighter sweet and bitter. Solid medium bodied. Pretty tasty and refreshing, easy drinker except for a slight rough puckering sourness in the finish. Like it.
