0.33l bottle. Black body, light brown head. Aroma of nuts, chocolate, figs and some booze. Taste of chocolate, coffee, nuts, juniper and floral hops. The alcohol is quite obvious, but it’s still a nice beer.

33cl bottle sampled at the Paas. Thin off white bead. Clear deep burgundy pour. Needs to be darker for an imperial stout.

Bottle at the brewery. Aroma sweet, dark fruits. Clear very dark brown colour. Taste toffee, milk chocolate, dark fruits. Good, but too sweet, lacks roastiness, and bitterness generally. But overall a nice beer.

Pours cloudy dark brown with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with booze in the long nose. Sweetish and vinous flavour of malt, caramel and oaken barrel. Warming alcohol presence. Vinous aftertaste. Not a Stout. Drinkable, though.
